  1. This is similar to ancient wisdom from Solomon in the book of Proverbs 5,6, and 7. Wretched choices ultimately wreck our bodies and our souls.

      One should welcome old age for the consequent waning of the libido, which makes temptations easier to resist. Herein an argument for taking care of one’s body. In trad RC-ism, moral progress stops with death. It must be same in Calvinism, no?

      Didn’t you tell me that you do not capitalize the ‘m’ in your surname? I looked up ‘molen.’ It means ‘mill.’ (You may have told me this.) I wonder how many Millers were originally Vandermolens?

      1. Yes, the same, since at death we enter a new life of glorification or damnation.

        I generally capitalize the ‘M’ because I like the way that looks, but others in my family do not, and some place a space between the two. Still others place two spaces — van der molen — from the mill.
