I regularly come back to the line in Goethe’s FAUST in which Mephistopheles is described as Der Geist der stets verneint, “The spirit that always negates.”
A demonic nihilism is what drives leftist rage. Our political enemies would destroy everything that has proven itself over time, everything that works, everything mankind has achieved over millennia so that they can start from scratch to build an impossible omelet from billions of broken eggs.
Start from Scratch indeed. “Old Scratch,” as you know is a name for the Devil.
The depths of the Left’s depravity are not easily explained without bringing in the Satanic. -
RFK Jr. on voting for Harris and voting for nuclear war: Probably this is not an exaggeration, I don’t think so anyway.
