Procreational Slackers

Procreational slack-off among white Boomers and their generational successor cohorts plays a role in the 'replacement' of whites. Note also that it provides a soupçon of justification for wide-open borders to allow in potential taxpayers to support the welfare state.

This might be worth discussing.

Here in the UK, increased affluence, feminism, and a desperately difficult housing market have together encouraged women to work, rather than bear children. There are definite advantages to that, of course, but I wonder how many women would actually prefer to raise families rather than living standards, were the encouragement there. Currently, the government’s solution is to encourage more paid childcare, which in turn means more immigrants to staff it.
Nearly 15% of people currently living in the UK were born overseas, and that’s just the legal migrants that the government admit to. Illegal migrants are probably around a million, according to estimates. And, however successful your “melting pot” used to be, second and third generation Muslims, plus home-grown and West Indian converts, regularly take up the knife and bomb against innocents.
Declining birth rates reached replacement levels in 1974. Allowing for some upward adjustment for increased familial fission and later marriages, most of the houses crammed onto our once beautiful land were not necessary.

Thanks for your report, Simon. Men, too, are part of the problem. With birth control and the ‘liberation’ of women, men have the opportunity to satisfy their lust without marital commitment, which leads to fewer families and fewer children.
What is the population of the UK? Or: what percentage of UK residents are illegal aliens?
The ‘melting pot’ itself melted down many moons ago. Since the ’50s there has been no social pressure to assimilate. But it is perfectly clear that immigration without assimilation is a recipe for disaster.
An uncle of mine, now long dead, rejoiced under the name ‘Antonio Troiano.’ He changed it to ‘James Moreland.’ Not just because of prejudice against Italians, but also because of a desire to assimilate.
