The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion<\/strong> . . . . (emphasis added)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Whence it follows that Joseph L. Biden is in dereliction of duty, an impeachable offence.  Furthermore<\/a>,<\/span><\/p>\n
