The College of the Holy Cross [Worcester, Mass.] is mulling whether to shed its century-old sports symbol the \u201cCrusader\u201d out of concerns the image of a Christian warrior might be offensive to Muslims.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Why not go all the way and remove the crucifixes as well? More proof that there is no more supine a chickenshit than a university administrator. <\/span><\/p>\n

What can you do? Verbal protest won't get you anywhere. And you can't reason with the Pee Cee. You have to defund them. That will get their attention. When they call you for a contribution, tell them why you will not give them a red cent. And don't send your kids there. You are wasting your money and contributing to their trashing of Western and Catholic culture.<\/span><\/p>\n

But don't vent your righteous anger at the poor student or worker who is on the phone. <\/span><\/p>\n
