There is an excerpt consisting of the foreword (by Scott Soames), editor's introduction, preface, and chapter 1 available for free at the Taylor and Francis site here.<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n

The book itself is priced for the independently wealthy and university libraries, and there are no used versions available on the market yet.<\/span><\/div>\n
