For instance, simply attempting to set an agenda for meetings caused my colleagues to&#0160; accuse me of \u201cwhitespeaking,\u201d \u201cwhitesplaining,\u201d and reinforcing \u201cwhite supremacy\u201d\u2014accusations I had never faced before. I was initially baffled, but as I attended workshops led by my officemates and promoted by my supervising dean, I repeatedly encountered a&#0160;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitesupremacyculture.info\/uploads\/4\/3\/5\/7\/43579015\/published\/clearwater-poisonbottles40-2.jpg?1619138083\">presentation slide<\/a>&#0160;titled \u201cCharacteristics of White-Supremacy Culture\u201d that denounced qualities like \u201csense of urgency\u201d and \u201cworship of the written word.\u201d Written meeting agendas apparently checked both boxes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14pt;\">Maybe she should move to Florida where DEI goes to <em>die<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alex Berenson on mRNAs Black Female DEI Director Cancelled by DEI.
